Please download the grant application form and return it to: Prudhoe Street Mission Foundation c/o 7 Tantobie Road, Denton Burn, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 7DP
Please enclose the following to support the grant application:
- A copy of your most recent annual report and Accounts (New groups evidence of bank/ building society statement or passbook, showing name of group).
- A copy of your constitution
- New groups a list of your Trustees and Management Committee
If for any reason the grant is not used for the project applied for the money must be returned.
All invoices must be retained for inspection.
S.A.E. for your grant if you are successful.
PLEASE NOTE
Applications will be reviewed MARCH & SEPTEMBER at the Trustee meetings. However, if urgent, we would consider applications outside of these dates.
